Acceptable Use Policy — Juvat

You agree not to use Juvat, or allow anyone to use it, to create, upload, generate, or facilitate any of the following.

1. Child safety (zero tolerance)

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, in any medium, real or synthetic.
  • Grooming, or content facilitating harm to minors.
  • Cloning or generating a minor's voice or likeness.

We detect, block, preserve, and report CSAM to NCMEC and/or authorities as required by law, and terminate offenders.

2. Non-consensual & impersonation content

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfake porn") of any person.
  • Voice clones or likenesses of real people (including public figures) without their consent.
  • Impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, or harm — including scam-call scripts, fraudulent robocalls, or fake endorsements.

3. Security & malicious activity

  • Malware, ransomware, viruses, exploits, or code intended to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or damage systems or data.
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or spoofing.
  • Unauthorized access to, scanning of, or interference with any system, network, or account, including via the browsing/automation tools.
  • Circumventing our safeguards, rate limits, or other technical protection measures.

4. Fraud, deception & illegal activity

  • Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, or money laundering.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Any use that violates applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
  • Automating a third-party website or service in violation of its terms or without authorization.

5. Harmful content

  • Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
  • Instructions for weapons (including CBRN), or other content posing a serious safety risk.
  • Content promoting self-harm or dangerous behavior.

6. Intellectual property & privacy

  • Infringing others' copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Misappropriating trade secrets or confidential information.
  • Collecting, exposing, or misusing others' personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis.

7. Platform integrity

  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Overloading, probing, or reverse-engineering the Service beyond permitted interoperability.
  • Using the Service to build a competing model by systematic extraction, where prohibited by upstream model licenses.

8. High-risk uses requiring extra care

Uses affecting legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, or safety decisions are high-risk; the Service does not provide professional advice, and you are responsible for human review and legal compliance (including anti-discrimination law) in such uses.

Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Some violations (e.g. CSAM) trigger mandatory reporting. We may update this AUP as risks evolve.
